Registration Process

1. Complete your registration payment and payment for optional accommodation and extra activities via Bank Transfer to the bank account mentioned below, or make your payment via PayPal using our online form.

2. After completing your payment, fill in the online registration form and attach your bank transfer receipt or PayPal receipt.

3. Look at Participants List, once your registration has been verified your name will appear in the list.


Intending participants may also download and complete the Registration Form (click here) and send it to the Conference Secretariat at attaching the payment receipt.

* Eligibility for the student rate is at the discretion of the Conference Committee and dependent on production of a copy of a current student ID card at the time of registration.

Note: Presenters must have registered and paid the full conference fee by 8 May 2013 at the latest to ensure being included in the Conference Programme.

The registration fee covers all conference activities including the following (accommodation and extra activities not included):

  • Admission to all plenary, parallel, poster and other sessions
  • One conference kit, including programme booklet with abstracts (proceedings)
  • Welcome dinner reception at Yogyakarta State University Hotel (UNY Hotel) on 27 June 2013
  • Networking evening reception in Ambarrukmo Hotel on 28 June 2013
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on 27-29 June 2013
  • School visit (all participants are invited but participation is optional)
  • Admission to optional cultural activities (supplementary charges may apply)
  • One copy of the conference group photograph
  • Shuttle bus transport from the two recommended hotels to conference venues



Payment should be made online at the time of submitting the online registration form.  Registration is subject to the full rate unless payment is received before the closing of the early-bird rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be made by email to the Conference Secretariat at  If notification is received by 31 May 2013, a refund of 50% will be made.  No refund will be made for cancellations after 31 May 2013.
