Your name, organisation and email address will be printed in the conference proceedings booklet (with your abstract, if you are presenting) to facilitate staying in touch with other participants after the conference and letting you know about future APNME conferences. Abstracts and presenters' names and organisations (but not their email addresses) will also be published on the conference website. If you do not want your email address (or other details) to be included or used in this way please let us know by email to at the time of submitting this form.

* Eligibility for the student rate is at the discretion of the Conference Committee and dependent on production of a copy of a current student ID card issued by your institution at the time of registration. Please email a copy of your student ID card to at the time of submitting this form.

Note: Presenters must have registered and paid the conference fee by 15 August, at the latest, to ensure being included in the Conference Programme. If you have not registered and paid by that date then your presentation may be withdrawn from the Conference without further notice.

The registration fee covers the main conference activities including the following:

  1. Admission to all plenary, parallel, poster and other conference sessions;
  2. One conference kit, including programme booklet with abstracts (proceedings);
  3. Welcome barbecue at Sydney University on 4th December 2015;
  4. Lunches and coffee/tea breaks from 5th to 7th December;
  5. Special rate for the Conference Banquet on 6th December (supplementary charges apply) see below;
  6. Letter of Invitation, and visa support upon payment of registration (travellers to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane);
  7. One copy of the conference group photograph.
Please note that accommodation is not included.

Banquet Cruise Dinner on 6 December

The Conference registration fee does not include The Conference Banquet Dinner on 6th December, which will be a dinner harbour cruise. A special rate is given to those who have paid the Registration fee.  Accompanying persons are welcome at full cost.

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you wish to cancel a booking that you have made, please do so by email to the Conference Secretariat at . If notification is received in Sydney by 20 October 2015, a refund of 50% will be made. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations after 20 October 2015.
