Reserving and paying for a room at either of these hotels, or making alternative accommodation arrangements, is the sole responsibility of each participant.
- The local organizer has negotiated with the Garden Villa (Conference Venue) and the Kaohsiung International Plaza to give our 2018 conference participants special discounts on their accommodations (only available from April 24 to May 5, 2018). The number of rooms is limited. Please reserve your hotel room as soon as possible.
- To book your room or rooms you need to follow three steps:
Step 1: Please select your check-in date.
Step 2: Please decide how many days you will stay at this hotel, and then your check-out date will automatically appear.
Step 3: Please choose the room for "1 adult" or for "2 adults" you would like to stay in, and then press "search" for reserving one of the optional rooms.

- The Garden Villa, which is the conference venue. We strongly recommend that international participants reserve rooms in this hotel if possible. It will be the most convenient place to stay for anyone attending the conference. There are also some beautiful and historic sights to be seen in the same area. - The Kaohsiung International Plaza, which is near the Kaohsiung International Airport. It takes around 3 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport by car or taxi. Every morning the hotel will drive APNME conference participants to the Garden Villa so that they may attend the conference. This will take around 20 minutes by bus. - Booking rooms at the conference rate are only available until February 28 of 2018. Thus you are encouraged to book your room(s) immediately after registering for the conference. After the above date, neither a regular room nor the special conference room rate is guaranteed. Please book early!
